Well this last week has been pretty cool. I guess. I didn't have class on Tuesday due to Veterens day! stoked on that one. So I only had class on Thursday. I also had a duel meet at Palomar college on Wednesday night. I won by riding time 12-11. it was a pretty stupid match for me, I didn't wrestle very good because we weighed in like 2 hours early so i just ate a lot haha. my fault. This weekend I was SOOOOOOOO happy, I actually didn't have anything going on for once, so what did I do? Yep, I skated. I felt so happy being back on my board shredding with the old homies. It was a good time, except for all the ashes from the orange county fires I was breathing in. Also to remind you to pray for them, and their houses, its a terrible situation. Anyways, I have just been practicing my oral interp of literature speech for Tuesday, Its an awesome story on Haifa street, in the center of Baghdad. Today was cool too, I taught Sunday school and the kid always love when I teach because I actually made it fun. It was crazy to see how much the fires had an impact on them. Then I taught about Abraham's and Sarah and how God said that she would have a baby but she laughed because she thought she was too old, but since God can do anything, he made it happen. Oh yea, I actually made it 2 weeks without dip, but broke the other day, now I'm gonna make it longer.. Its not too hard. I have wrestle off's Friday for the starting spot on my team, decides who goes to state or not. wish me luck! OUT!

Fort Irwin

Well! this weekend I had training for the national guard, and this weekend we went to the field in Fort Irwin, which is about 30 miles from vegas, in Barstow. It started out fine, but then our gun ran out of battery and the belt broke. So for the rest of the trip I was on kitchen duty, out in the field. I had to wash dishes, cook the food and all that stuff. It was pretty lame, at least I got to eat a lot during meals. I went to bed saturday night only to be woken up by rain on my face and about 60 mph winds.. not to mention we are sleeping outside on cots. So, it feels like its about 10 degrees at this point and it sucks. About an hour later it stops raining but the winds pick up even more, creating sand storms for about 5 hours. Thats really sucked because everything was flying everywhere and the sand was just blasting at your face, it was not very pleasing. Anyways, I guess the word is that we are suppose to deploy to Kosovo september of 09, who knows tho. I guess we have to orders, said by the battalion commander, so its official, but we still never know its 10 months away. Ill be pretty stoked if we do go. I got back home about 5:30 after cleaning my weapon and doing stuff at the battery. Work and practice tomorrow, and cutting weight for wednesdays match! only 5 more weeks of JC wrestling! AHHHHH all out!

BlOgStEr

Whats up, Its Ryan. Yea I decided to start doing this journaling thing again. Its pretty amusing to see what you were thinking and what you were doing 5 years from now. I was looking at my live journal the other day and was cracking up because I was looking at what I was doing 5 years ago. I also deleted myspace, I had that thing since I was a sophomore in high school. It was fun for a while, but facebook is a better way of keeping in contact with your friends. So yesterday Cerritos had a match against East LA College and we smashed them, I beat my guy 18-3 (tech fall). Our team destroyed theirs, it was great. Then I came home, ate all the food in the house, and passed out peacefully. Today, I woke up early and went to my oral interp. class, left school, got a haircut and gas at the LA air force base. That was a good time because gas over there was only 2.49 and it was tax free, so I filled up 10 gallons for yep, 24.90 do da math broski! then I went back to school, and went to my political science class then had practice and came home. Only 5 more weeks left of the lethargic, routine days. Oh yea one other thing, haha, December 19 I am flying to Austin, Texas only to drive back with Ben, 19 hour road trip, and just about 1500 miles. Lots of energy drinks and more than likely funny moments. Well, I have to go pack because I go out to Fort Irwin tomorrow for a few days of training, should be boring, luckily it wont be a million degrees like last time. I take some pictures, LATERRRRRR!
